Active Ingredient & Strength:
Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 500 mg per film-coated tablet. Non-narcotic analgesic and antipyretic agent.
Therapeutic Indications:
For temporary relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, muscular aches, backache, minor arthritis pain, toothache, and fever reduction.
Dosing Guidelines & Administration Limits
- Adult Dosing: 500 mg to 1000 mg orally every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain or fever.
- Maximum Daily Limit: Do not exceed 3,000 mg (6 tablets) in any 24-hour period to prevent liver damage.
- Special Populations: Reduce dosage in patients with severe hepatic impairment or chronic alcohol intake.
