Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time from My Appointments, free of charge.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any prior medical records or referral letters.

We work with most major insurers including BlueCross, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealth. Visit Insurance → Claims to check eligibility for your specific plan.

Open Billing → Invoices, select the invoice and choose your preferred payment method — card, bank transfer or wallet.

Most claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days. You can track live status from Insurance → Claims.

General wards allow visitors from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. ICU visiting is limited to immediate family, 15 minutes per slot.

Yes, our Emergency department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with dedicated on-call physicians and ambulance dispatch.
